5 stars: Best Customer Service Ever - Had an issue with a product we ordered and called the customer service line. Within five minutes we had a full refund for the cost of the product. We were concerned about how much of a hassle it was going to be and put it off but I've never had such great customer service from a company before. We will most definitely order from them again as we know if there is an issue they truly care about making it right .
