3 stars: Yahoo's login to my account with outlook authentication will not change and stays on fix account. Stalling and frustrating it will not fix. Thanks irritated with the process
5 stars: I have been using Yahoo mail since the beginning (over 20 years) and have always had positive experiences using it.
4 stars: Fairly easy to understand and use. Organization is solid. Could use a few more customization options.
5 stars: the clerk I spoke to was excellent. She went out of her way to update my senior cat. also advised me to keep the same program because she's a senior. She also helped me add my other 2 kitties which I didnt have all my information for them and somehow she was able to find d records from when they were kittens. outstanding also updated my policies and clearly explain what the coverage was all about. Thank you. wish I remembered her name ugg
3 stars: This is a great mail program overall with a history of excellent spam filtering, good contact management, and very usable on mobile. Recently the spam filter has missed obvious spam and the prompt to reply to emails needs a switch to turn it off.
5 stars: Honestly the best email app ever. It's clean, simple and easy to use and has a great interface and design. Also, love the fact that my inbox doesn't get split up into random defaults where I lose important receipts or emails. I wish more emails did this!
