5 stars: In my opinion, a 3D map showing the next exit or turn is good. It maybe a distance away. And please display in text the exit or turn name. When near the exit or turn, the map should zoom in to a 2D map instead. Please help...
4 stars: The app kept showing Lost connection after you locked up the phone, so you have to wait until it respond.. Please fix this issue ASAP and don't forget problems with Location pins are fixed ASAP. Many user abuse the app in order to scam riders and sometimes users said they are already pinned the right location but instead they are not precise..
5 stars: Today start cant open app! Need to reinstall than can use back. Now want open again same problem!!! Need to reinstall and install back everytime when start grab???? Call centre proplem solve. My Phone IMEI not save at center. After given the number, reinstall back ok already.
