5 stars: Everything about this app is wonderful. Developers are doing a great job. Except, sometimes when your result/status doesn't get updated even after getting sms of the PCR result, it's very hard to report or contact the customer service. Kindly make it easy. I request you to hire more people to your wonderful team.

3 stars: Hi, I have a suggestion for app developer that there should be validity date mentioned after PCR test, it should show us until when it's going to be valid. I hope someone from team will read this.

5 stars: The test results are not getting updated. And when we call customer care they say its lab responsibility and lab says its DHAs responsibility. And DHA says it takes 24-36 hours for updating... How can these delays be accounted for?
4 stars: It's a really useful app. However, I see there is restriction on how many people can be added as family members on tourist visa. Both my in laws (MIL and FIL) are visiting us on tourist visa. Either I can add my MIL or my FIL, not both.
