3 stars: good product, works well in small radius, little bit useless in tracking last known location. Also, the trackers die and are pricy to replace. But, better than anything else on the market i know of.

4 stars: Works quite well. Have used it to find keys that fell out of my side jacket pocket or in to the snow in front of my vehicle. Sometimes it does seem to take it longer than I would expect to connect, especially when the Tile is very close.
3 stars: I love the concept and it works reasonably well but I don't like that I have to unlock the phone to turn off the chime. It is particularly annoying when the chime is set off accidentally which occurs more often than a deliberate attempt to find my phone.
5 stars: I love my Tiles and use them at least once a week to find my phone, keys or wallet. I wish i started using Tile sooner!
