4 stars: Does not have an option to contact customer support by phone. Certain promotions cannot be saved for the following week (like gas). Does not have a fast pass type system to pay at the pump. It would be nice if you could choose which deals you can use each week instead of being given deals for items you just bought.
4 stars: Very good points program, that utilizes your initial purchases to tailor your experience to a realistic and money-saving opportunity, recently joined, ill definitely give 5 stars in the near future as the experience saves alot of time and money-which actually means: saves money(time) and money lol. Oh yeah, open until midnight in SSM , ON. Which is extremely convenient!
3 stars: It's was pretty good until I opened a PC money account. After accumulating a bunch of points there I can't link my money account to spend the points. Support only leads me back to the same instructions which do not work. So frustrated that I'm thinking of getting rid of both and throwing in the PC towel, even though I was a PC fan before points were even a thing.
3 stars: There is no option to remove old Optimum card numbers! This is very frustrating. I would like to delete all card numbers that are not being used and obsolete in the app.
5 stars: Just wonderful....love the seasonal food ideas and all my rewards are personalized to what I need. Makes the shopping experience more then just an errand.
