3 stars: the only good thing about this app is the price is cheaper than other competitor. the map is bad. should use google maps for a better accuracy. app is slow even when using wifi. driver is sometime very hard to find. waiting 1 hour still no driver. just need improvement.
5 stars: I really appreciate the riders in this app. It's 12 am but they still answered to my request. I really hope that they're getting the wages they deserve. Anyway, there could be some improvements like showing the delivery fee in advance and give more options as for the location.
5 stars: The price is much much cheaper compare other E-hailing service. I love to take ride becuase all the driver are very friendly and giving very good service. Very special about this apps is we also can do Pre booking order, so i dont get late to any event or any special occasion.Highly recommended apps.
3 stars: I would suggest for a better improvement on its maps and location. I am hoping that this apps soon can provide ewallet . The ewallet feature will make this apps have potential.
5 stars: good app. just need to update with the non cash payment to keep up with competitors. so far the only option to top-up are only from drivers.
