3 stars: Does not have an option to contact customer support by phone. App will give Esso promotions but cannot save them for the following week where as you can with other promotions. Does not have a fast pass type system to pay at the pump. You have to swipe your card manually and enter your phone number at the pump. It would be nice if you could choose which deals you can use each week instead of being given deals for items you just bought.
5 stars: I love the fact that it automatically loads my offers when I open the app! I also love being able to save a few of the offers until next week if I don't need them this week. The app spotlights recipes and you can create a shopping list right in the app. Its a game-changer for someone like me who forgets to load their weekly offers without it.
5 stars: One of the reasons that I shop at Shoppers Drug Mart is for the PC points. They are so easy to accumulate in a short period of time. I love to cash in my points from time to time on special items from the cosmetics department. The girls in cosmetics, Amanda and Olicia always seem to find the right colors and shades for my skin tone. They are always there to help me with all my makeup needs! Thank you Amanda and Olicia.
