5 stars: I love this app!! And people responding love it. I use it for my Birthday wishes on FB all the time!! Keep the new ones coming! I've recently decided maybe it's declining. If I'm a paying subscriber why am I getting pop up ads that are very annoying. And if you make a video with hit music Facebook interferes with posting it. Not as happy anymore as I used to be!
3 stars: Why is the app experience different from the website experience? And in some ways, the app is even less user friendly. For example, the app doesn't store your videos or GIFs, whether you created them on the app or the website. I'd use the website exclusively because of this limitation but you can only create GIFs on the app. I love the actual product but it's baffling why the app lacks a basic save or library function.
3 stars: it freezes, doesn't load pictures or videos alot of the time, the selection is never updated with new stuff \u0026 the same clips are repeated several times throughout. Someone needs to take over the app \u0026 fix all these glitches properly. If it doesn't change, I'll be uninstalling.
