5 stars: I'm in construction, not a big computer guy but I use this program once in a while. let's me be able to edit home video on my faster work computer while at home. I've had team viewer for years and they are always updating and making it better. I am really impressed that not only can you remote control another computer from your computer, but you can do it from your tablet or cell phone too!
4 stars: Great free facility for personal use. Only four stars because it suspended my use suspecting business use, which wasn't the case (I'm retired). The appeal form was supposed to be processed in seven days but it was months before I regained use and then I wasn't notified, just found out by trial and error. Been fine since though so arguably a small price to pay for such a terrific free facility.
4 stars: Great unattended remote connection tool. Connect from another computer or mobile to control a remote computer. Free personal option, enable personal use to connect to your desktop remotely or help family, children or elderly. I would have rated 5 star, but the personal use option is overzealous and keeps telling me I'm using for business and blocks me helping my elderly father.
