3 stars: This was a good app, i listed my business on it, used it for a few years,but suddenly it logged out from other mobile app and when i try log in again with the same it just stuck on the loading screen. I have reinstalled it several times but it just stucks on the loading screen every time i try. It's very frustrating i don't know what to do. I tried lot but didn't get help.
5 stars: I like this app, because my business updates has been posted to me time to time. If any issues, support team responding immediately to resolve the issues. Keep up the good work always. Previously I have given one star, but now I am giving 5 stars. Thanks Google.
5 stars: A great app ,easy to use for a computer illiterate person like myself. .I have had many calls from my google app , Google My business has been Great ,If covid-19 was over I think it would be to busy to cope with all calls and work google adds have helped me with. 3 stars: It's a great application for business management but it is always rejecting my added phone numbers. They just go under review for a minute or so, then get rejected. My patients have no way to call me now even after finding my business on Google. I'm disappointed but still have hope that I'll get assisted soon.
