4 stars: For the most part the app is okay and works as expected. Coupons however are uninspiring and recycled a lot. Not much variety but it's not often you get a discount on fast food even if just by a few dollars. Sometimes my coupons don't work and associates/managers were unable to accommodate me. Aside from that it isn't too bad. Only wish is that they had more variety in coupons.
3 stars: Changed my mind as the restaurants do what they want with the app and do not always respect the orders. Improved since 2019... But still room to be better... No contact or help button when issues on the app you have to ask staff... A real pain. You cannot rate some experience as long as you do not buy... What a hassle.
3 stars: The redemption feature on this app sucks. When redeeming, it just redirects me to add the coffee/fries to cart, and still charge me for it when I combines this with an offer. There should be some warning on this. I would need to use the QR code at the cashier instead, this should be easier than that.
4 stars: the map needs work. it doesn't keep my favourites (locations), and when I want to order at the closest restaurant, it always places the order at the last location, which is in the other side of the city.
