4 stars: This app is terrific. It has many activities that can encourage you to live your life in a healthy way. In addition, by finishing each activity, you get PC rewards points that can be redeemed when you shop in the Loblaws chain stores. One complaint is that it stopped to sync my Google Fit recently and couldn't detect the steps that I finished. What's more, it keeps asking me to sign in every time I use it, which is very annoying.

4 stars: Great daily health app. I dislike how quickly it logs you out. Never enough time to take a note or two before logging me out. Also wish it would work with password manager. Its annoying that I have to write out my email and password at every log in.
5 stars: It helps with a small step to achive your goal. Love that chat is available for registered professionals. The most lovely is everyday you will earn points because you will follow an exercice or a practice. This it self is encouraging. I still have to discover daily and will see my progress. I hope it will change my style of life.
