5 stars: All the items I bought from noon were good and perfect, only one Item didn't work completely the NIKAI Expresso Maker ,the problem I didn't try using it while in Saudi Arabia I realised that when I'm back home in Mombasa - Kenya on Viza Exit . Please explain to me what can I do to make this equipment work Thanks in advance

3 stars: Noon was used to be amazing but now so many scammers on noon they ship you wrong product and you have to bear the shipping cost. There is no difference in treatment if the buyer is returning for change of mind or due to incorrect product, buyer should be penalized for change of mind and seller should bear for wrong items. Currently both are give half punisemt regardless of who's fault.

3 stars: Nice app i always buy here however lately i connot access noon grocery as my location is outside service area. Before i was ordering why what happened? Can you include back out location in the service area???
