5 stars: I wil rate this 5 star but please can you make the internet connection much better and faster as other said at the 1st month its fast but it began to become slower at the 2nd month please make the internet connection much better again like at the 1st month.
4 stars: I just updated the app just now, why can't I enter my accout even though I put the correct password?! The sms code doesn't even send me code. TODAY IT IS FIXED. Thank you!
3 stars: I will give 3 stars because sometimes there is a time when the signal disappears and slows down. I hope you strengthen the signal. I live in the Philippine. mariveles/bataan, I hope you put a tower in our place in mariveles. thank you.
5 stars: The interface is very easy to read,(this may be just my preference)but the aesthetic of the app looks good too. That aside, I rate 5 stars reason being that the customer service is very good. They handle customers very well. Also buying load and promo is very easy. If you are here to check out Dito, then I strongly suggest you switch now. But of course,like any other networks, the internet connectivity may vary depending on your location.
