3 stars: Functional app. But that's it. Needs lots of key functions within the app like the ability to edit the print settings for print ( choosing color or b/w print, edit documents, change orientation and paper size). The edit features currently are only available for photo's but despite this, there still appears to be no printer setting option to customise each print.
3 stars: It us a great app but i am always having issues printing from my pc or mobile phone. Sign in issues when i know my user name and pw hasn't changed. When it works it does what its supposed to. I give it 3 stars because its a 50/50 chance it works. I still would reccommend this app to my family,friends, and others.
3 stars: Not sure if it's the printer or the app but it often tells me there's no paper loaded when it is clearly there. Only way round this is to switch off the printer and start again. It also usually says 'printer not available right now' when it obviously is available. Why can't printers just WORK!
5 stars: The automacic ink supply through the mail has proven to be the most useful feature, particularly because the cost is far far below that event off the shelf in the supermarket. After that being able to print from my phone is second most appreciated.
