3 stars: Practically useless. From the time that I open the app to when I am able to select and connect to my PC is almost a full minute. That doesn't include the time to connect, just for the app to open and be able to. When it does connect it freezes every 30-45 seconds and needs to be force closed and re-opened. Unfortunately TeamViewer works better than most of the other options, but that doesn't mean it works well.
5 stars: Very good sw for remote control and support. I use it for helping my wife and kids that I unfortunately can't live with for longer periods of the year, it is even used when I have to help my children with schooling, both in preparation of their lessons, and as two ways communication platform. Great product with free usage for home usage like me

4 stars: Team viewer is a great help for controlling my pc at work and at home at the same time. 1 problem i have found is that the sign in option on my phone is greyed out for weeks. Reinstalling/updated it didnt fix the problem. Also needs a method to connect to pc without password. It is kinda annoying to write down passwords everytime i leave work.
