3 stars: Good Service and good app but the UI/UX should be heavily improved .. the app has a legacy look which make me feel uncomfortable using it, also the map should be improved and off course the payment methods should be added ASAP. Otherwise it provides a good service with an out of box idea makes it different than the other apps.
4 stars: Quite cheaper than pathao but whenever we cancel the ride, we are blocked for nothing. Even when the driver asked us to cancel the ride they suspend my account for few days. The drivers are quite away most of the time and have to wait several minutes. The map isn't working well. Most of the drivers accept the offer first and they charge more later on. So you should update your app accordingly.
5 stars: I appeal the inDriver team to please take some good steps for the security of both the drivers and customer. All the accounts must be double triple confirmed then allowed to use the apps. I hope to see and hear some good steps taken for assuring the security as much as possible. My personal experience as a driver is good. Appreciate the apps. Thanks
5 stars: Unlike other applications, i found indriver the most reliable app. They have very comfortable and nice cabs as well as they have fixed rates. Once you are done with the deal, this app won't charge any extra charges not even if you are stuck in traffic or signal. I was so irritated because of extra charges other applicantions charge.
