5 stars: I don't know why someone give just a one star as I m the members and do shopping brought few products and it no problems at all and some of the item is way cheaper than others website and the delivery is 100%
4 stars: Great app actually. Love using it but the reason i give 4 star is that, the shipping takes too long. I mean really, you guys need to improve that ASAP. The first time i use it, it took me a month and a half for my order to arrive. All im asking that is make it more quicker so customers dont wait too long for their order to arrive.
3 stars: It's pretty good. I buy keyboard stuff from them and haven't had a problem with any products. Recently there is a bug though: it doesn't let me order in Europe without putting a USA/Canada shipping address which makes no sense. Also the only countries that appear in my region settings are now just USA and Canada. I can't order to anywhere except USA or Canada
5 stars: Basically banggood will give services depending upon your VIP level at the time of your issue, Always purchase insurance with your purchases it will reflect your REPLACEMENT OF YOUR ITEMS and solution to your problems with your existing account, Make sure you are covered by insurance policy on your purchases or your items not delivered you loose They've actually asked me to provide proof of not receiving my order!.
