4 stars: Sometimes the app is a little slow to respond. And picking a different location can sometimes be a bit of a pain. However this has all the features you expect from a fast food app. Integrated offers and the ability to make and place an order with multiple pickup options. Overall its well done and a must have for McDonald's customers
5 stars: Usually works great, but today when I added a reward to order it refused to proceed to payment and send order. Maybe rewards aren't designed to be redeemed. A cancel order option would be a help so you could try again I like the fact you can pick your restaurant and shows them on a map. One of them has a tendancy to messup; wrong items, so many grounds in the coffee you cant see the bottom of the cup etc
3 stars: When it works, it's alright. Every time I use an offer, I have to remove the items from that offer on my next order because they stay in the cart for some reason. Every month or so, I have to reinstall the app because the cart says there are still items in it when it is clearly empty, and I can't remove things that aren't there.
3 stars: Good when it works It has good discounts but usually takes me upwards of 20 minutes sitting in a parking lot to work and the latest glitch wont even allow me to get pas the order page. Very frustrating experience despite the savings. Edit: Update: App still sucks so please learn from Harvey's how to do it kthx
