5 stars: This app super cool , it easy to use and nice to shop with. The only problem i have with Banggood is the policies. If you guys can try to fix your policy concerning purchase product from your store, which may have issue before the warrant time

5 stars: Basically banggood will give services depending upon your VIP level at the time of your issue, Always purchase insurance with your purchases it will reflect your REPLACEMENT OF YOUR ITEMS and solution to your problems with your existing account, Make sure you are covered by insurance policy on your purchases or your items not delivered you loose They've actually asked me to provide proof of not receiving my order!.

They have 3 problems: 1- I cannot communicate with the Seller Directly 2- I cannot manage my Orders such as to cancel the Order 3- This third point is the worst part ...
