5 stars: Abridge is a wonderful app. No more guessing about what the doctor said. I used it for my last doctor appointment. There was a problem with being able to get into it afterward, but I contacted them by email, got a very quick response, and it was fixed.
3 stars: It's a great tool to have and very helpful but it records a lot of words wrong so I have to spend time editing the appointments every time.
5 stars: Great customer service when I had an issue logging in. Super fast response and resolved the issue almost immediately.

5 stars: This app is so incredibly helpful! I have a terrible memory and this app helps me remember all the things I would otherwise forget that my doctor said. I cannot recommend this enough for patients. And doctors if you have patients who are forgetful or just need to remember specifics this app is perfect!
