4 stars: Simple UI, responsive, very less bugs. But still has some flaws: • chat or orders Notification showed up 1-2 minutes late • Internet Connectivity issue even though the Wi-fi that i used works well on other app.
5 stars: There is a problem with the stockists update. All the products stock which have been updated will be back to zero after refreshing the apps. No matter how many times we fill it. It will be back to zero. Please clear the bug toped. Thank you

4 stars: Very user friendly. But the customer care of tokopedia itself still needs a lot of improvements. A lot of time contacting the CS didn't solve anything.. it's a long winding road to reach a solution.
4 stars: It's been 3 months its push notification failed to pop out in my hp. As a seller, notification is very important to avoid late reply or at accepting new orders. I have discussed several times about the problem in customer care but so far there is no solution. I have followed their instruction thoroughly but the notification still doesn't pop up.
