5 stars: It's a good app though but I have three suggestions I need you to look at to entice drivers onto the platform, because the more cars available the higher the patronage and the more drivers the less pick-up time. 1. Agents promptness to effecting payments to the driver app. 2. Pricing should be fairly the same as the existing competitors to attract more drivers. 3. Payment of bonuses to drivers must be prompt.
5 stars: Great app avoid assigning same task to two different drivers, and avoid giving orders when drivers are on duty
5 stars: It's very secured it can't be easily hacked easy to use,, it's considerate cause it has English for people who can't understand Russian. For me it's the best so far. No ads.
3 stars: Location based, transfer of coordinates from Taximeter to other app (e.g. Waze) is very poor..often complaint about location accuracy. Meanse that unless destination is very clear it will show always wrong pick up sometimes by 100s meters..
3 stars: Its a very nice app but one problem is no method for withdrawal. Its very bad if you can be able to top up your account but cant withdraw if you have excess in your account.
