5 stars: Wow I've just played around for a bit and have fallen in love. Very cool app. I just used system root to edit some system files. I love the split screen. User interface is clean and friendly. It even writes and reads .txt files. I was looking around for an app that does that and I found it in FX file Explorer by accident. Likely going to purchase full version.
4 stars: Almost perfect. Certainly one of the better ones, I tried a few and bought the full version of this. No ads. Easy to use and navigate, I like the split screen feature. Reliably copies large files and directories off my network without dropping. I say almost perfect because it's lacking NFS support which I would like, but CIFS and ftp work flawlessly.
3 stars: I really want to like this more than I do right now. but it constantly has 'network errors' and drops networks streams quite regularly: every 18mins, 24secs (weird...). most similar apps can pick up their stream if interrupted, but FX can't. since most of my use for this is in network operations, it is disappointing that the one core feature I need is so unreliable, even if regularly so. everything else about it is marvellous.
5 stars: A nice clean and easy to use UI...Great network support including SMB,FTP and a really smart PC/Browser tool for accessing your device, but best of all, works superb on android TV type boxes...with excellent support for navigating with a keypad/keyboard...bought the the pro version after only few days of...
