4 stars: I love this for farmers' market mornings. I order before I leave the house and my breakfast is ready by the time I get there. The only issue I've had was when the store didn't have the specialty donuts I ordered. A quick refund and everything was fine though.
4 stars: Only ever managed to successfully log into it once. Had Customer support on Facebook and Twitter say they'd have someone look into it. Coming up on four months now and still nobody contacted me to help get it fixed. So it's a solid one star from me Tim's! Edit: Works a whole lot better now. Have been able to transfer most of my Tim cards onto my digital account and every order I've done in the last month has worked. Keep it up!
3 stars: Pretty easy to use. I ordered ahead and paid through app and was told they didn't have the drink I wanted. Was offered a replacement drink but still charged the more costly one. Need to let ppl know that item not available or be able to credit back the difference.
5 stars: Glad they fixed the app. It works great now. Have been using this app with only minor issues from time to time but now, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it still doesn't work and there is no way to contact someone who could fix it and the people at the store have no idea either.
3 stars: It good, but difficult to contact someone when there's an issue with the order (missing item, wrong item, etc). And when you do figure it our and send a complaint, no one ever gets back to you. ...
