5 stars: I had a slight issue in setting up my account, which was a little irritating, but the help I received from Booksy's support team (particularly Norbert and Matt) in resolving the issue was undoubtedly the best, fastest, and most comprehensive that I have had from any company at any time. If I could give them 7 stars - or even 10 - I would. It would be a much better World if all companies were as hard working and efficient and Booksy! 🙂
5 stars: Where has this app been. I hope booksy sticks around. Super easy to use and takes the stress away from you and your barber/hairstylist. Gone are the days of showin up an hour before the doors open to secure a place in line. No more having to carve out 5 hours of my day to get a cut just book and go. Huge time saver and you can cancel or change at any time cause you know things happen. Can't recommend this app enough 👍👍👍
