5 stars: Maybe it's just me and I might be a little biased over Google but I love their apps, especially photos because of all the wonderful features. I only wish; there was a better editing software to go with it...take note, picsart has you beat google. Can I expect a merge in the near future?
5 stars: I like it and find that it works fine as my storage. I guess the impression that they are actively trying to improve this app, to the extent that I find it challenging to keep up with them all. I very much enjoy the collages etc. of my pics. It's fun to see how other people assess and choose to display your photos
4 stars: Google photos is the most comprehensive photo storage service out there. What I REALLY would like is to be able to change the date of photos on the app. Yes, you can change dates on the actual website. But I have collected my photos from all the social media sites theyve been posted on and such. And it's an ongoing process fixing dates. I would prefer to be able to do it on my phone when I have 5 free minutes here and there.
3 stars: Lots of categorization and editing options. However, the free up space option often frees space up before the photos are fully backed up. Photos will give a green check mark that things are backed up, but when I go to free the storage, the photos are just blank in Google photos.
