4 stars: I've relied on Moovit for transit times for a couple years at least. I usually take a bus. It's been great to know when bus is coming so I can time my trip and times given have been accurate. App will also tell you of upcoming changes to t lines and even if the bus is crowded. Of course crowding can be subject to change pretty quickly depending on time of day, wheelchair riders and baby carriages.
4 stars: It's practical and easy, I'd just wish when it comes to these types of Apps. They should consider customer who's never had any experience if public transportation. It would be great to have this app work both on and offline, whenever signals are lost, and to also navigate on either which side of the street or train station platform is the correct boarding entry. Since not every stop has it's correct updates or information.
5 stars: Honestly i was quite surprised how good it was. 5 star from me. Edit: i am speaking as a user that used the app for years now. All I have to say is that this app is the best download anyone can ever make. I've been using it daily and it NEVER disappointed me. It always gives great advices about closed lines for many reasons. I still stand behind my 5 star and would give even more if there was.
3 stars: Great app in Bologna, Italy. Indispensable. In Northern Ireland, however, they still have no railway data (and seemingly no Glider data either). These omissions make the app pretty much pointless for a lot of people.
