4 stars: Overall it's a good application for ordering medicines. The only area in which it needs work is improving the procurement of products. Even after repeated requests products are not procured and there is no follow up on whether it will be made available or not. Medicines frequently get out of stock which should also be looked upon.

I like the delivery speed and the availability of the medicine, user friendly app. Overall good experience with netmeds medicine, far better than other online medicinal services. Netmeds an unbeatable medicine delivery App. Fast delivery and app is very user friendly.I have been using this app for a while now and it is the best in it's category. Good work team
3 stars: well, the interface is not so good and it stucks sometimes. While paying the amount when you switch to other app to pay the amount the order is not get creates if you're don't hate sufficient amount for medicine in your wallet although your made the payment already.
3 stars: Delivery takes too long . Items are easily available , you can find almost all the medicines except when they are out of stock 😕. I want a bioderma face wash , kindly notify when it's available. Thanks and stay safe.
