5 stars: Messenger has no rivals as far as I am concerned. Practically everyone I know uses Messenger, when you do you will understand why. I feel at home with Messenger and it's easy and effective style of communicating with your friends and others is why. No rocket science required for a perfect presentation Always go with Messenger.
3 stars: The app in total is fine. My only problem is that even though mine is updated, I still can't access the 'Effects' features in chat. I've contacted them but no one answered me. When I restart my phone, the features appear for just a second before disappearing. And second, the bubbles suck. So small. You can't do much with it. The chatheads were way better.
3 stars: I miss being able to change the order of open conversations like in Chat Heads. I miss being able to close a chat head without minimizing the rest. The Bubbles are a little too small (perhaps there could be a size setting). If we could keep the bubble where we put it instead of it moving to the top of the screen while open, that would be cool too. Just my two cents.
