5 stars: True love. I need cortana to be able to voice recognition in my car like my windows phone. I never needed to touch my phone, I just called her up (she had a phone #) and I asked for directions or most importantly, used voice recognition to dictate text messages. It's a safety issue :)

3 stars: Bring back Windows phone Cortana was good on there - but then again I found Windows phone far better than Android. I had hoped the Microsoft launcher for Android would bring back the far more useful (easy to press for a start) tiles and I had hoped that some of the Cortana functionality would survive. Let's hope that the integration to iffce365 appears and comes up on Android.
