5 stars: I came back to this app during the pandemic and it has been a godsend. I love how it's flexible to help on days when I have a lot of time and energy or am feeling nearly on empty. The daily wake up, move, focus, and mindful eating additions have been excellent, too. I find it being a touch stone for me throughout the day, from work to my everyday life.
5 stars: Absolutely love this app. Have used it for years. Variety of guided mediations for all the different things that happen in life. The sleepcasts are loved by whole family. My kids love them and listen to them every night! We skipped a year in subscruption and in that year we missed the app so much that we went back. Would highly recommend this app!
3 stars: I have enjoyed using headspace free however I do have two issues. Firstly I believe the price point is very high compared to what you actually receive. When you compare this to other streaming services, it's very expensive Second the meditation lengths are not accurate. If the app says \
4 stars: I was into mediation and mindfulness before getting into this app/service and I find it really nice. My only complaints are 1...the sleep sounds mostly all sound the same. \
