4 stars: EDITED TO ADD: After recent updates, things are much improved. I wish there was an option to toggle the voice on the breathing exercises for those of us who don't need the guidance. I was very happy with this app and paid for the subscription until the most recent upgrade. Now once my phone goes into sleep mode on the charger, the app shuts off. Very disappointed.
3 stars: I really enjoy the meditation aspect and soothing sounds but is there a way to adjust the settings so it doesn't record all night even when there isn't any noise ? Definitely would give it a better review of that was a thing !!!

5 stars: Wow. This app is my go to. I have been recommending it to all my friends. Not only does it assist you with sleeping, it also gives you positive affirmations and guidance. ... And just when I didn't think it could improve anymore....BANG...MALE VOICE. His tone is like velvet bed sheets after you have shaved your legs for the first time. Take my word for it. It's worth the subscription.
