5 stars: Love this app! It has a lot of options as to what you want to be guided on. I really like the 7 day and 21 day challenges to keep me focused on one thing for a longer period of time. They also have meditations that are different lengths so there is something for everyone. Also I love waking up to the positive daily quotes.
