5 stars: Great information, lots of good options to choose from as far as loans or credit goes. Nice to have your credit rating especially for free! Just an update borrow well directed me to get a loan at a very good rate to replace a loan I had at a higher rate, I probably would not have found it without the app.
5 stars: WAS a great app until a password is forgotten and now I can't log in. Password reset apparently goes through the motions but doesn't allow me to set a new password, so I guess I'll ditch this one and move onto the competition. Servers must be too busy spamming to issue proper instructions or temp password to get back into the account. **Update** customer service very quickly provided me a valid link that remedied the issue.
5 stars: Good app, has not been down or had any issues since I started using it. Use in combination with Credit Karma to get an overall picture of what lenders may see when you apply for credit.
5 stars: Love this app, it gives me notification on how to raise my credit score, and when my score goes up. Not to mention it pointed me to in the direction of refresh financial and because of their recommendation my credit scores been growing ever since! Thank you Borrowell!
