3 stars: Really Good App 1)Please provide the option to look at immediate next day availability without going back doing date edit 2)The confirmation percentage u r showing is not matched with my ticket most of the time.Try looking for someother algorithm :( 3)IRCTC please provide a option to upgrade the lower class ticket to upper class if there is CURRENT availability with DESTINATION change option
4 stars: i deduct 1 star for that reason is every time when i open this app before i had to re enter password something.. and captcha also..this feature is annoying .. if there have any option for finger print or simple pattern or login code , then it willl be much easier to us ..
3 stars: Why IRCTC removed Saved Passenger List from user profile? Why does it always require to enter mobile number? Why doesn't it automatically take registered mobile number by default to send ticket details? Both these good features of earlier version were removed to make the website hard and time consuming to use.
