5 stars: Love the app but have the same problem as some other people who've commented here. When BiP asks to enter your phone number, people mostly enter with their starting 0 and BiP doesn't drop it when attaching the area code. So you get an extra digit and your phone contacts aren't picked up by BiP and messages can't be sent to them. Please fix asap to maximise your competition against WhatsApp and Telegram.
4 stars: i like this app, but maybe you can add story feature and it will be better. and also, i have problem when i send a photo i need to search for a long time because its not seen as a gallery. then, its too long to load someone's voice note. the photo that someone sent it to me seems cropped but its nornal when i see in twice time.
5 stars: Works well except for one thing.... Dear developer; The big gripe I (and others )have with BiP is that when uploading a file no matter how small, you have to stay on the messenger page. If you run it in the background whilst you check another webpage/app, the file will not send. Please fix this problem. Jazakallah. W.s
3 stars: Found this App very useful easy and fast enough. And no need to use VPN to access it from Gulf countries. But video calling quality is still very low and video size is not normal, it is big. Also need to talk louder otherwise the person other side can't hear my voice. Need to improve it. And there should be a small sound for sending messages. After all everything is very good. I hope it will...
