5 stars: This app really does help with my sleep patterns and everyday anxiety and life battles, positive affirmations are beautiful, highly recommend purchasing deep sleep, listen to it every night for at least a week or two and I promise that after that you won't make it 10 mins into it without falling into a deep sleep ❤️
5 stars: I used this for the first time last night and it was the best nights sleep I l've had for a very long time. Such a wonderful hypnotic voice made me so relaxed and sleepy. I listened right until the end when I put my phone down and was almost immediately asleep. Thank you so very much.
