4 stars: overall the experience is good. but they add extra charges later on when you book which should not be there. the price shown should be the final price of the booking.
5 stars: its very fast and accurate , they sends the ticket via whattsapp also,they follow you up ,asks the wellbeing and exprience of your journy.App is very useres frinedly.overall i give 100 out of 100 marks for this.

3 stars: Well from app point of view is a good app BUT WHEN COMES TO BUS OPERATORS IT ONLY SHOWS THEIR RATINGS BUT DOES NOT SHOW COMMENTS OF TRAVELLERS so there is a less transparency in choosing type of bus is available to travellers. The same feature which Google map has real comments with photos Of course the developer of app had this in mind but they know the real bus travel game in india.
