4 stars: Love the app. Simple to set up the cameras and figure out all the features. My only complaint is that the batteries do not last anywhere near as long as advertised. Each charge lasts roughly 30 days, and that's without using the spotlight option. However, I do live in a cold climate so maybe battery life will improve during summer months
3 stars: The ring doesn't record without missing some timeline, it happened more then once, that the part I would have needed was skipped on the recording. Now the app most of the time doesn't even open the most recently recording, it will load for ever and either never play or not til way later. The ring recording quality is not bad, but this app needs some improvement.
3 stars: I upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy 7 to a Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus, The notifications worked great with the 7, however The S20 Plus worked for a brief period and stop notifications on phone. I Uninstaller app several times and reinstalled and same thing keeps happening with notifications, while the 7 works just fine. Any answers in correcting this issue???
4 stars: Decent app, a few bugs could be fixed. Example would be when you get a notification from the door bell or other cameras, the play back takes to long to open or most times won't play at all, until later, way past the time you need to see it. I do enjoy the neighborhood part, you're able to see what goes on around your area.
