3 stars: Drivers aren't bad or anything, usually five stars from me with a tip if I can give them one. But the app is horrible at, it's always taking so long to connect when I leave the app to go on another one and that should not be a problem. When the driver makes it to pick me up that's fine but when they're on the way it's hard to really see where they are.
3 stars: Estimated time to wait is almost always way off. Prior to calling a ride drivers are shown X minutes away and when I confirm they're usually 5 to 10 more minutes than that. Today I had a tight connection for an airline flight and saw 7 minutes, turned into 15, was really about 17.
3 stars: This service worksmost of thetime but the most frustrating part is when I schedule a Lyft and the app states that a driver is on there way after they drop off the ride currently and then they cancel on me. Not once, not twice but three times. Its making it very hard to get to work on time.
4 stars: Great app, extremely helpful, just get rid of other people's stop locations, (finishing up a ride), so noone knows where other people live, if you have to know where your driver is, at most, show the general area of where they are dropping the person off before giving exact GPS location of your driver
