5 stars: Watch Droid has been working great until the recent update. I started having some issues with the newest updates, I emailed customer service to resolve the issues. The customer service was very quick to respond and very helpful in getting watch Droid working flawlessly again.
5 stars: I can't check on my smartphone the heart rate or step counter it says I need to watch a video and then it says it can't load the video
4 stars: The best of all similar software for my Kospet Prime and a Xiaomi 9s phone. Did not disconnect once while in range, and reconnects fast when again in range. The officially recommended software does not stay connected, this one does. One caveat which explains why I gave 4, not 5 stars: Missing is the possibility to use the smartphone to enter text in the watch.
5 stars: .now that I have used it. I can tell that is a very good app. The people that run it are very helpful and redy to answe all the questions you have. Thank you app team. 01.09.2020 I have change my phone. I have problem with connecting it to the Watch. I have contact watch droid phone support, in 10 minutes they contact me back and short my problem. A very Very big thank you again.😍
