5 stars: The app is wonderful and functions very well. However it needs to be restarted many times a day. My Samsung SM-390F is not in the list of compatible smartphones. Its Bluetooth version is 4.2; Android is version 9. Update: With the november 2020 update the need for restarts has been solved! What remains is that audio streaming seems not to be possible with my smartphone.
4 stars: You guys have done a pretty good job of cleaning up a bunch of bugs. The app is now a lot more stable and is working quite well on my LG V20. It would be awesome if you could combine the Resound Control app with Smart 3D app so I could control the phone call volume with one app.
5 stars: Its so handy to control the volume of my hearing aids with the touch of a button. And to have different settings depending on my surroundings such as voice enhancher or even to turn down the background noise, really helps.
4 stars: 1.9.0 is an improvement over version 1.8.0. I can now get firmware updates, and most of the time I get my phone calls In both aids instead of just one or the other. The Bass, Mid. and Treble adjustments have very little effect on tone quality.
5 stars: App crashes constantly as of today. Was fine yesterday. You probably pushed a bad update. Useless now. Samsung s8. Update: Received help from ReSound. So far, running well. Thanks much.
