4 stars: It's a great app for watching German news and shows, except it no longer works with Chromecast, which is too bad. I appreciate the subtitle feature, which for a non-native speaker sometimes is necessary to catch the really fast dialog.
3 stars: Too early to form an opinion. It seems that it is not always possible to select lower resolutions, be it to reduce data volume or to use on slower connections.

5 stars: ZDF it’s an absolutely Great App available for Android TV and I use it everyday to improve my German language, but in the latest version of ZDF App something wrong or it’s a bug or they forgot to release the Options button. I don’t have the Option for Subtitles ? Please fix the issue to return Subtitles in German language.

4 stars: Love this app! It lets me watch German TV living abroad, great offering. Only downside is that the login functionality doesn't seem to work. (Not sure if logging in improves the user experience though as I've never been able to authenticate :))
4 stars: The only thing I absolutely don't like is the blocked, only for Germany, Austria, Switzerland shows. Not so great is that every so often I have to log in new, but ...
