3 stars: There are so many problems with this one. I can ignore minor glitches and other things, but not losing a customer. Got notification in mail that a customer enquired about something, there is no way however to respond him back. There is not even any message on the message list even though on the mail which I received, I can see that thing.
3 stars: I am reluctant to post because of the many wonderful things that Google has provided. Last year our account was hacked by a disgruntled employee and cost us thousands of $. There was ZERO follow up from Google. W Our registry has been meddled with, we have had problems with our listings on Maps, and multiple other issues yet we have had zero recoup from Google, in fact it's been the complete opposite.
3 stars: I had created my business with my gmail account. I was managing this business through Google My Business app. However, the app has suddenly stopped showing my business. Whenever I click on my gmail id in the app, it asks me for a new business name, instead of showing my existing business. I have tried several times, but its not showing my current business with my gmail id. It's quite frustrating. Don't know what to do...
