4 stars: Just the fact of free credits is awesome. The rarity of surveys is not so awesome. Also, I would be willing to answer longer surveys for more credit, but have not seen that yet. Super short one question surveys. Can't really complain though. It's free.
3 stars: I got to take one survey so far and it paid me .20 cents in game credit. It seems pretty cool but it doesn't offer surveys too often. I've installed it one day ago and have recieved one survey. I might come back and fix this review later when I've had more of a chance to try the app.
4 stars: Does exactly what it says to a point. I did get paid .17 cents in play credits after doing one (4) question survey, but I have actually given my opinions (2) times. I was told after completing one that Google doesn't always pay you credits after every survey/opinion/ questions ( whatever you want to call this). So will it be worth it. Yet to tell, but I'm definitely interested
5 stars: Works as advertised, I do the surveys as they come in, which are usually quick and easy. I had my eye on a premium app as I avoid the free ones loaded with IAPs or ads, saved up a few $$ doing surveys every day or so for a couple of weeks and purchased it without a problem. Back to doing surveys and saving up for whatever catches my eye next.
