3 stars: Hi, I am using this app for a time now, never had any issue and I was loving it already. Yesterday my phone updated its software and all of a sudden everything I had hidden in the app is gone. Mobile storage space isn't cleared meaning the app is still using mobile storage space but I am unable to see the videos and pics hidden in the app... Why is that? Any solution plz
3 stars: If i should update to premium, no problem I will love to do that if I ll actually get my lost pix back cos am so sad about that, but my visa card i used for purchasing has issues is there any account one can send to buy from or whats other solution otl pls teach me how to remove the card 4rm the system and put another card have tried many times to no avail.
5 stars: I've been having logging in issues and backing up to the cloud issues. I've attempted to reach out at least 3 times with zero response. Did everyone just close up shop???? Does the app still operate???
