4 stars: What a rip off. I thought there was a one time fee. Turns out it's recurring weekly! BEWARE! I didn't read the fine print. Now I want to cancel and it's impossible to find out how to do this. Since I wrote this review, I have been contacted by betterme. They refunded my payments and apologized for the miscommunication. I give them major kudos for that!
3 stars: Although I like the set up of the app, it is full of micro transactions. You have to pay for the challenges, pay for the meal plan, pay for the workouts, etc. It was not the right fit for me, as I also have My Fitness Pal and get everything for one price. However, their customer service is great. They saw I was unhappy and issued me a refund. One thing I did wish is that it could track your steps with your Fit Bit.
5 stars: I was a little scared if paying for another program to do what I already know to do... but im a stickler for programs. I do better with a plan. I bought a $140 program that I have never done because of the inaccessibility. This is easy, quick and at your fingers. Loving this already. Day 1, 40 more to go to my goal. Thanks for this app and the good proce. If it qant for this price I wouldn't have tried.
