5 stars: Love this app. I have a small amount od data and with my monthly reward, I am able to get an extra gig of data which more than carries me over to the next month without having slower speed or purchasing an extra amount of data. I've done a couple of gift cards before but the free gig of data is worth more to me than a $3.00 gift card.
3 stars: I have been with Verizon for 15 years. Every month I get a notice that I have a reward, but every month I cannot get it because when I try going to my rewards it only tries to sell me a new product or tells me about my bill. I have called into Verizon to try to get this fixed multiple times and they seem unable to fix it. So no rewards for me, I guess, even after 15 years!
4 stars: The app does have a few bugs and it could be easier to navigate (although progress has certainly been made on this front), but overall it's a good app to perform any number of services related to our mobile account. I have also used, and very much liked, the in-app chat option with a support representative.
4 stars: I can't even get passed first part of the screen. It tells me to register my number with an account which already is. So I put my number in it says oh its already registered so please click sign in. I go to sign in and it takes me back to register a number. This app right now is useless to me. I can't sign on to pay my bill. I have to use the website. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!
